Gene oversees the business operations, development and growth, and marketing and education for New Concepts Management. With more than 30+ years in property management, his experience has ranged from management of multi-family housing, homeowner associations, apartment communities, single-family homes, commercial, and hotel management. Prior to purchasing New Concepts in 1997, Gene was Director of Property Management for the Burnet Financial Group, the founder of another property management firm in 1985, and the owner of a Century 21 Franchise in the Twin Cities area.
